Academy plans are priced per firm, not per seat for the first ten users. Every paid GuideHerd pilot or implementation includes Starter Training at no extra charge.

Every paid GuideHerd pilot or implementation includes a 60–90 minute onboarding session, workflow walkthrough, human review rules, AI safety basics, staff quick-start guide, and recorded reference materials.

Founding rate: $99/month — first 10 firms
Online lessons, monthly AI workflow updates, prompt and template library, safe-use refreshers, new staff onboarding access, and quarterly model/tool change briefings. Up to 10 users per firm.
Academy + live support

Everything in Academy, plus quarterly group office hours and a workflow review checklist delivered each quarter. Good for firms that want a checkpoint without scheduling a full custom engagement.
Academy Plus + monthly guidance

Everything in Academy Plus, plus one 60-minute monthly workflow check-in with a GuideHerd team member, and light template and SOP updates as workflows evolve.
Custom
Live, role-specific, or in-person training scoped to your firm. Executive briefings from $1,500. Half-day remote workshops from $3,500. Staff cohorts, internal champion programs, and full firm packages available. Contact us for a scoping call.

Is starter training included with my implementation?
Yes. Every paid pilot or implementation includes starter training at no additional charge.
How many users are included?
Academy plans include up to 10 users per firm. Contact us if you need more.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at end of billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days.
Is this CLE?
Not by default. GuideHerd Academy is practical workflow training, not CLE unless separately stated.
